Fire Doors are fire-rated 30minutes, subject to specifications detailed in SABS test report number 2538/85647/FPE 13.
The doors form part of a system that is fire rated, comprised of the Fire Door leaf and a standard 1,2mm thick steel 4-hinge stable door frame.
The door frame assembly is –
2080mm high x 875mm wide inside x 155mm deep
10mm wide and 45mm deep rebate
3 single fixing lugs 380mm in length, 25mm wide and 1,6mm thick
4 steel butt hinges, each of 6mm pivot diameter and 100mm long
Intumescent strip material.
