Cotech Industries – Delivery & Collection Policy

1. Delivery Methods

1.1 Courier Delivery (Online Purchases)

  • All online purchases are shipped through Bob-Go, which partners with multiple reliable courier services.

  • Courier allocation is automatic and based on your delivery address, package size, and best available rate.

  • Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

1.2 Local Delivery (Polokwane & Surrounds)

  • Cotech Industries may, at our discretion, arrange local delivery directly from our stores in Ladine or Magna Via for addresses in Polokwane and surrounding areas.

  • Local delivery scheduling is subject to availability and will be confirmed with you after order placement.

  • Standard lead times apply; same-day delivery is not available.

1.3 Store Collection

  • Orders may be collected in person from the following stores:

    • Main Branch, Polokwane
      12 Doloriet Street, Ladine Polokwane

    • Showroom, Polokwane
      Unit 4B, Veldspaat T

  • You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation, as your order may not yet be prepared.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or ID) is required for all collections.


2. Delivery Fees

  • Courier and delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Fees are non-refundable once goods have been dispatched, except in cases of error on our part.

  • For local deliveries arranged directly by Cotech, delivery costs will be confirmed prior to scheduling.


3. Lead Times

  • Standard processing time before dispatch is 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability and order volume.

  • Courier delivery times vary by location and will be estimated at checkout.

  • No same-day delivery is offered, whether via courier or local store delivery.


4. Delivery Responsibility

  • Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the customer once delivery or collection is completed.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery details and to ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the chosen address.

  • Failed delivery attempts (due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient) may result in re-delivery charges.


5. Collection Timeframe

  • Orders must be collected within 7 business days of notification.

  • Orders not collected within this timeframe may, at Cotech’s discretion, be returned to stock. Refunds or re-delivery may incur additional charges.


6. Exceptions

  • Remote or outlying areas may carry extended delivery times or additional courier surcharges.

  • Large or bulky items may require special delivery arrangements, which will be confirmed directly with the customer.
